One quart (32 oz) capacity. Takes a #6 1/2 stopper, or a 38mm Polyseal Cap. Can be used for bottling, and as a “growler” for finished beer. It should not be used to carbonate beer as it will explode. Add a stopper and airlock to use for yeast starters or as a small fermenter.
