Avangard Vienna malt is kilned to 4-5L. Ideal for brewing full bodied beers with a golden color. Provides a sweet malty flavor that is less bready than Munich malt. Can be used up to 100 percent as a base for styles such as Oktoberfest or Vienna lager, as well as lesser amounts in many beer styles for added malt and color complexity.
