Amylo 300™ is a food grade fungal amyloglucosidases used to convert non-fermentable
sugars into fermentable sugars and widely applied in breweries, wineries and distilleries.
This exoenzyme produces glucose units from starch, dextrins and maltose.
Amylo 300™ is frequently used in brewing and distilling to increase wort sugar levels and thus wort
fermentability, resulting in improved alcohol yields. Particularly valuable when using a high level of
adjuncts such as rice, corn and wheat.
