Called “The homebrewer’s Bible” by the Associated Press, this is the definitive book for the beginner. If you only read one book about home brewing, this should probably be it. Papazian is considered the Godfather of American homebrewing, and writes in an easy-to-read style, with lots of humor interjected. This books covers everything from beginner techniques to more advanced grain brewing stuff, and is loaded with recipes for beginners as well as intermediate and advanced brewers.
