Pro Series Hard Seltzer Base

A blend of sugar, apple juice concentrate, citric acid and yeast nutrient. The fermented product produces 5 gallons of neutral seltzer base at 5% ABV. Use Brewer’s Best natural flavorings, and bottle like beer, with priming sugar, for sparkling refreshment.
