Phantasm is a powder made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. They are incredibly rich in Thiol precursors, which when added at the beginning of fermentation, can unlock rich, strong tropical fruit aromas. Common usages range from 1 to 4 ounces per 5 gallons. Most effective when used with these yeasts:
