A low-foaming, quick fermenter that works well between about 55 and 85 degrees F. This strain enhances mouthfeel, and malo-lactic fermentations proceed well in wines made with it. ICV D-47 is recommended for whites and blush or rose wines, and is an excellent choice for mead makers. Mead makers should be sure to add Super Fermentâ„¢ for best results.
