When using a 5 gram package of dry yeast, mix 1 rounded teaspoon of GO-FERM® in 4 ounces of warm water.(100F) If using a 10 or 11 gram package of dry yeast, use 2 roundedteaspoons of Go-Ferm and 8 ounces of warm water (100F). Stir this mixture thoroughly. Due to the unique nature of GO-FERM®, it will not go into solution completely. This is due to the fatty acid and sterol content and is to be expected. Sprinkle yeast on surface and allow to sit for 15 minutes before pitching. Sometimes referred to as Go Ferm or Goferm.
NOTE: Product is very hydroscopic and prone to clumping.
