Global Vintners Grape Concentrate, Red

This concentrate can be added to wine to increase  flavor and alcohol content if used during fermentation. Can also be used to increase sweetness if added after stabilizing with sulphite and sorbate.  Will provide more grape character than using sugar. The concentration is three times regular juice & the Brix is 68.
