The all-natural blackberry fruit puree from Brewer’s Orchard adds an intense and characteristic aroma and flavor of fresh blackberry in beer and mead. Only ripe, healthy, and non-GMO blackberries are used to make this puree.

The puree is a completely natural product; undiluted, unconcentrated, and preservative-free. Contains no seeds and has been commercially sterilized.

The puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermenter- do not boil.
