11.0-13.0 °L – BestMalz – BEST Red X® from BestMalz is a unique German malt with properties of both Munich and Crystal malts. If used at 100% of the grist, it creates a beer with an intense red color. Even in small amounts, BEST Red X® will contribute a rich malty Munich-like complexity.
